Jay D. Ferraro is the loving husband of Barbara and along with their children, the co-founder of the foundation. Jay has an extensive background in the establishment and running of successful businesses and is the Vice President of the Dale Corporation, a trusted business in its industry for over 60 years. Jay’s business relationships span a vast network of professionals who are at the top in their field and are poised to assist and/or partner with the foundation to ensure its long term success.
Bradley E. Ferraro
Bradley Ferraro is a co-founder of the foundation and eldest step-son of Barbara. Bradley is a Market Financial Center Manager for Bank of America, and is responsible for the operations of multiple financial centers in the eastern shores market of Maryland. Bradley has over two decades of retail/banking leadership which makes him a valuable asset to the foundation for the oversight of the trusted donations and financial needs.
Nicole M. Engelhardt, MS LCGC
Nicole Engelhardt is a co-founder of the foundation and eldest daughter of Barbara. Nicole is a genetic counselor specializing in pediatrics and metabolic disease at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She is passionate about working with families experiencing rare diseases and providing them with counseling and care. With six years of experience, training and working in the genetic healthcare community, Nicole brings her strong scientific background and critical thinking skills to aid the foundation in meeting its goals.
Christopher P. Ferraro
Christopher Ferraro is a co-founder of the foundation and step-son of Barbara. Christopher is the leader of an International Intermodal Execution Team in the supply chain industry. He oversees and coordination of the pacific coast logistics among several stakeholders to ensure successful and profitable performance. Christopher’s extensive experience in large scale logistics brings a valuable asset to the foundation.
Eric R. Engelhardt
Eric Engelhardt is a co-founder of the organization and Barbara’s youngest child. Eric brings many years of Information Technology experience to the organization and is currently the Director of Information Technology at Scantron Corporation. Eric’s expertise and vast knowledge of information technology is a crucial part of the foundations vehicle for outreach to the world.
